Happy birthday to Sharon and me!
Today is my birthday but I celebrated it last night with my cousin Sharon. Her birthday is the 15th. When we were young we celebrated our birthdays together. She recently moved back home from California after over twenty years. We celebrated at Kona Grill. It was about 18 of us. We had a nice time. I thank God for blessing me for the last 58 years and I pray he blesses me with many more.

Another year has come and gone. There were some ups and there were some downs. We had two additions to the Johnson family. A girl my cousin Nicole gave birth in October to and a boy my cousin Chanda gave birth in August. And thru all the highs and lows, our Heavenly Father brought us thru it all.
As always, everyone makes resolutions at the beginning of a new year. I am not doing that this year. Instead of a resolution I am going to strive to do better. I am going to strive to be a better Christian, strive to eat better, strive to sleep more, strive to take better care of me, strive to be better off financially.
