Well tonight was the finale for the biggest loser. I look at those people who worked so hard to win the monetary prize and I am thinking, money or not they have won. Some of those people look phenominal after the weight loss. Why is it that you can put the weight on so easy and it takes every effort of discipline you have to take it off. Every new year we all make that new years resolution to lose weight and it never lasts. God willing, I will be starting a new year and a new job (hopefully) and I am going to work on starting a healthy life style. I need the help of my family and friends. I will post my progress and that will make be accountable I think. We will see how that goes.
Today was a rainy day and my nose is about to drive me crazy. It runs then it is stopped up. I am ready for a nosectomy. It makes me so drowsy. Hopefully another round of the cortizone spray tonight will do the trick. Keep me in your prayers.
I talked to my sons Daynon and Steve on three way today. We had our usual banter, they think I'm old and I was too strict on them when they were young, but I love them anyway. I can't wait till they have kids.
