It is the same reason people trying to lose weight should not go to buffets. My Dad decided he wanted to take us to dinner to day and his favorite restaurant is Golden Corral. Babysis, Freda and Jason went with us. Now in the back of my mind I was thinking you can still go there and eat sensibly. But that is not what happened when I got there. But in my defense, I did drink the unsweet tea (and I love sweet tea) and only ate two chocolate chip cookies with no ice cream. I love those things. It was too soon for me to be somewhere like that. I have to be well into a disciplined program for something like that. Feeling guilty, when I got home, I went On Demand and found a exercise program with Jillian from the Biggest Loser and did do a 28 minute work out to ease my guilty conscious. I am afraid of what the scales might say.
Didn't too much other wise today. Went to Wally World and made a few groceries and then had choir rehearsal tonight. Jason went with me. The boy loves to rehearse with my choir. He would sing with us if he could. Came home and got him bathed and gave him a snack and shipped him off to bed. Don't know what I am going to do with myself when he leaves. I am really gonna miss. Ok I don't want to talk about that any longer, my eyes might start leaking.
Got to go to bed now. Have to take Jason to school tomorrow morning and Verizon is suppose to be here between 8 and 10 to fix a dead phone outlet in the kitchen.

Oh yeah, Steve, Jr told me Meadowbrook lost by 11 points. I think he says they play Colonial Heights Friday and Petersburg Saturday. Hope they win.
Dieting is always hardest in the begining but it will get easier.
ReplyDeleteNow here what I really want to comment about... why do we say "make groceries"? I said it the other day and my co worker was looking at me like I was crazy. I guess it is a down south thing but where does it come from.
