I have not been updating lately. My sinuses have been kicking me in the butt. I have taken Sudafed, Mucinex, Nasalcort and saline spray and when I get off of them the stuffed nose comes back. I am sick of it. I think the dry heat is doing it to me. And definitely when I go over Dad's. He has the furnace and a electric heater going when we go over there.
Nothing exciting has been going on. I picked Jason up from school on Thursday because his Grandmother had a hair appointment. I went to choir rehearsal and he stayed home with Steve. He was still here when I got back. He made his Grandmother wait until I got home before he left. Jason is a trip.
Pat and I went to exercise class today. When we went Thursday morning, a fire truck and ambulance was there, the janitor had passed out. One of the ladies in our class found him stretched out in the floor. He was back at worked on Friday thank God. Think his blood pressure was high. I did a lot of my "Saturday" cleaning today, might go to the movies with Jason and his Grandmother today.
I pampered my self yesterday and curled my hair, worked on my heels and took a nice long bubble bath with the lights low and my favorite music playing. It was definitely relaxing. Some days you need to have a me day. We went to Ukrop's and ate because I got a gift card for my birthday. Went to Dad's and watched Ray and then came home.
