Now that's what Im talking about

Today was a beautiful day. Thank you Lord! I got up this morning to go to exercise but Jason was in a deep sleep so I did not want to get him up, that's my excuse I am sticking to it. Daynon called this morning on the way to work, I was still in bed. When Steve got home, I went to Wal-Mart to get some things I forgot for Sunday dinner. One being potatoes. I came home and boiled the potatoes for potato salad and made a cake for Sunday. I realize I did not have any vegetable oil and went to Dollar General in Laurel Park. They were fixing the front door because someone broke in the store last night. They have the teenager on surveillance. He only took some Gatorade and Little Debbie Cakes. I guess he was hungry and thirsty. He is going to get three meals where he's going when they find him.

Jason woke up and I fixed him breakfast and then decorated the cake. After I cleaned the kitchen up, and Jason took his bath. I showered and changed and we went to the Post Office and then went to AMF on Schrader Lanes to bowl. Jason's Grandmother, Marcella, met us there. We bowled one game before she got there. My highest score was 125. Not bad for someone who doesn't bowl that often and my knee was killing me. All four of us played a game and then Steve, Jason and Marci played the last game. I had a coupon for 99 cents per game for up to ten games. With shoes and all it still cost $27.00 but that was good compared to when Daynon went with Steve, Jason and me, I think it was over fifty dollars. Bowling had gotten very expensive. It cost over $5.00 per game now.

Stevie sent me a text message to see if I had heard anything regarding the job I interviewed for on Tuesday. No I have not yet. They were going to make a decision today and said I should no something no later than Monday. We will see. I have a bad feeling.

After bowling, Jason went home with his Grandmother. We came home and I made my potato salad. By the time I finished, it was time for me to get dressed to go to church. We had a Good Friday service today. Seven of our Associate Pastors each preached on one of the last seven statements Jesus made while hanging on the cross on Good Friday. It was a nice service. My choir had to sing and we had a guest singer named Cora Harvey Armstrong. She was excellent. I came home after church and hemmed the pants on Jason's new suit while watching the movie "Three Kings" with Steve. I pressed his pants and new shirt and then I watched the news for a little bit. Now after I have informed you all of my goings on, I am going to bed.

Good night.
