HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

Let's see. What a busy day. I started out with 8AM church service this morning. My choir sang this morning. After church I stopped in at Wal-Mart and then went home to change clothes because Stevie and Linda had invited Steve and I for breakfast. When we got there, Daynon and Lynette were already there and Linda's parents Tony and Trina pulled up. Linda's sister Tonya and her boyfriend came later. We had a wonderful breakfast. Linda made some awesome waffles from scratch. I have got to get that recipe. Linda presented me, her mother and Lynette a bouquet of roses and I got cards from the kids for Mother's Day and also for our anniversary. Today was Steve and my 36th anniversary. That is a long time with the same guy.....LOL. I guess I will keep him.



After we stuffed ourselves, we watched TV and talked and then we left around 2:30pm. When we got home, I was tired. I called Daddy to see what time he wanted to go to dinner and we made a decision to meet at his house at 4pm. In the mean time, we took a short nap. And I do mean short. We got to Dad's at 4 and Aunt Margo was there. She was going to dinner with us.



We went to Ruby Tuesday's on Broad near Willow Lawn. Surprisingly, the parking lot there was almost empty. Stevie and Linda pulled up while we were in the parking lot and Daynon came in after we were seated. Lynette was tired, so she didn't come. My Grand baby needs his rest.

We had a nice time.



The kids headed home and Margo, Daddy, Steve and I stopped by to see Uncle Doc and Aunt Mary. There kids and some of the grand kids were there. We stayed for about an hour or so. We left and went to Dad's. Aunt Margo didn't go in, it was almost eight, so she headed home. We went in and watched some of Celebrity Apprentice and then Jason called wanting me to meet his Dad to pick him up. He spent the weekend with his Dad and his Grandparents were at the movies, so we met them at 9:15. His Grandmother came to the house and picked him about 9:45. I watched the rest of Celebrity Apprentice. And this is all I have to say----I will never watch Celebrity Apprentice again. Joan Rivers should not have won. I am so mad...I can not even discuss it anymore....Good night.
