I woke up about 6:15 this morning and could not go to sleep. They say the early bird catches the worm, but who wants a worm. Anyway, I listened to the radio and trimmed up the fans I cut out last night. Did that and then got on the computer until about nine or so then made my bed and cleaned up the house. Took the drip pans off the stove. We have an electric counter top range. I soaked them and scrubbed them down with steel wool pads. Watched The Price is Right and fell asleep. Got up and got dressed at noon and we went to the PO & B and stopped at Dollar Tree. Went to Dad's. Steve and Dad worked on a push blower Steve has. Stevie had borrowed it and left it there Saturday. Steve and I went up Uncle Doc's around three. They weren't home but Uncle Doc had told Steve he could use the tiller if he wasn't home, so he tilled the garden. Boy the watermelons are growing. I will have to take a picture next time. I got about 8 ears of corn. The animals have given my corn a fit. They have really feasted on my corn. I did get to eat some the other day, got some more today and hopefully will be able to get a few more ears if the THEY don't get it first. We came home and UPS delivered my sticks for the fans soon after we got home. I glued the sticks on the 50 fans I made. Watched the soaps after I finished and then we went to (Bloop Bloop Bloop--inside joke with my kids) Captain D's for dinner. Dad had gone to church meeting but we rode by his house to see if he was home, he wasn't. We came home and I went out on the patio to shuck my corn and then was chillin' and looking thru J.Sargeant Reynolds catalog. Thinking about taking a class. The clouds got dark and I could hear Hermitage's Marching Band practicing and thought I was listening to the drums, but it was thunder. All of a sudden lightning shot cross the sky and here I am sitting in a wrought iron chair. Now if any of you really know me, I am scared to death of thunder and lightning. Let's just say, the Bionic Woman would have been eating my dust. I hauled tail in the house. And soon as we got in and shut the door and sat down, the rain came down in buckets. Any way, we came in the house and watched TV. I am a Big Brother fan. If you watch it, holla! Make a comment on my blog. Watched Medium. That use to be my show when it first came on but then I lost interest. CBS has now picked it up and now I am back into it. I am for some reason a CBS fan. My son Daynon tells me he never looks at CBS. What network do you favor? Send me a comment.
PS I am changing my blog back to MOMA NISEY because the sons have not blogged anything.
