THURSDAY.
Well, I forgot to update my blog on Thursday. Well let's see if I can remember. Henrico County schools opened two hours late, so Jason did not have to be to school until ten. So we did not have to get up early. I took him to school and then went to Ukrop's to get some tangelos. I have gotten hooked on them. Left Ukrop's and then went to the $5.00 Car Wash to get all the road dirt off the car. It was looking dreadful. Proceeded on to the post office and then home. Checked out jobs on the internet and then Did little or nothing the rest of the day until that evening. We picked up Daddy and went to Scott's Funeral Home for the wake of my Mom's best friend, Viola Coleman, son Lonnie. He was the same age as I am 54. He died suddenly. After the wake, we took Daddy home. Babysis called where we were there and said Freda was admitted in the hospital. Only stayed at Dad's for a little and then went home.
FRIDAY
Got up early today and picked up Pat to go to exercise class. Daynon called about having lunch, but told him I had plans today. I Came home and showered and changed clothes and picked up Daddy and Twine (my dad's friend) and preceded to the funeral. It was a lovely service. We had to bring Twine back to Dad's for his car, so we did not go to the cemetery but we did go back to the repast that was at the Gold Post on North Ave. Left the repast and then went to Memorial Regional to see Freda. Babysis was there when we got there.
Dropped Dad off and went home. Changed into something more comfortable and checked out the computer for jobs and then went to Dad's because I left my wallet there. We stayed and watched Howie Do It and then came home.
Stevie drove to New York to see friends. Talked to him about 10:45, he made it safely there, thank the Lord. Checked my email and then went to bed.
P.S The sun killed Jackie the Snowman :-(
