Did you see the weather forecast?

They are predicting ninety degree temperatures the rest of the week. Not good. I got up and went to exercise class this morning. Jason did not want to get up, so I left him here. Our class was mighty small today. A lot of people are traveling. Came straight home after class. Steve came home soon after. Jason and I went outside and sat at the tool shed. The weather was nice out. Steve watered the flowers. We sat out for awhile and then I went in to fix something to eat for us. After we ate, we watched The Price is Right. We had planned a trip to the movies today to see Transformers, so I called my sister-in-law Pat yesterday to see if she wanted to go and take her grand children. So we picked Pat and Demetri up around twelve and went to VA Center Commons Theatre. The 12:20 was pretty packed so we went to the 12:50 show. That was a long movie. I liked the first movie. There was a lot of cussing and too much of the robots. The first had more of a people plot. We got out about 3:30. Took Pat and Demetri home and then stopped at our house to get my cell phone. We then went to pick up Dad to take him to Montpelier. He wanted to pick up Aunt Shelia's car because her window won't go up. Stayed there talking to them about thirty minutes and then took her car to Johnny Rigby's house. He live in Atlee. Left the car there and then took Dad home. Had to go back home, because I left the checks we needed to deposit in my big bag I carried to the movies with all the illegal contraband in it (bottled water, peanuts, sodas, twizzlers). Picked up the checks and then went to the bank.

Today was Uncle Doc's birthday, so we went to his house. Daddy was already there along with grand kids, Lisa and Nichole, children Tyrone (Mary), Anthony. Sister Margo, Steve, Jason and I. They were eating dinner when we got there, so we went in and got a plate. We sat out in the yard and talked and sang Happy Birthday. Little by little everyone started making a move to leave close to nine and we followed suit. Came home and Steve hit the den, I hit my bedroom and Jason his room watching our favorite shows. Came in here to do my blog and Jason is now watching X Men, the cartoon. He was watching the Fresh Prince when I came in. Going to bed now and so is he.....Stay cool and drink plenty of water.....DJS out!
