Another Pity party today

OK guys...I was in the depressed mode again today. When you don't have a job it gets depressing after awhile. Got up early this morning, worked on the computer for a little bit, that was so slow going and got me pissed so I said forget it and went in the den and watched the news. Even more depressing. Got me a bowl of cereal and fell asleep. I was deep in self pity today. All I wanted to do was sleep. Steve wanted to go over Dad's early today, so we left home about 11:45 and went to the Post Office and then to Dad's. He was in the house chilling. He said he did not have any get up and go today either. Steve and Dad went outside and I stayed in the house and watched the Noon News and The Young and The Restless. Went outside after that went off. Dad decided he wanted to put the MUSTANG letters on his car and he aligned everything up and asked me to put them on. He already has them on the driver side. He thought I had a steadier hand. I put them on and then we sat on the patio and talked until three. Dad had to go to choir rehearsal tonight, so I figured he wanted to go in the house and relax before time to go to Montpelier. Steve and I went home and I watched the soaps. I fell asleep. Woke up and he was watching Deal Or No Deal. Fell asleep again before the end of the show. Steve had gone outside while I was sleep. I decided to go outside also. Decided it was time to kick my butt in gear and get out of this depression. I have faith that God has something for me so I have to stop letting Satan make me think other wise. I went and started sanding on the head board I have been working on and the dresser drawer. Finished the dresser draw and I stained it. By then it was about 6:45 and we were getting hungry. Went to Arby's and got the BBQ Bacon/Cheddar Roastburger combo for $5.00. It was really good. It comes with roast beef, bacon, cheddar, BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and a big onion ring. I got it without the lettuce and tomatoes. Steve liked it also. It was a big sandwich and you got fries and a drink for the $5.00. We came home and I trimmed up the bushes in the front yard and then we sat on the patio. I played games on my IPOD and Steve talked to our neighbor Herb. Went in around nine to watch Big Brother and watched TV until the news was almost over. Came in to report my day and now I am going to bed in a few...Good night. Will have new slide shows for you to see tomorrow.
