And now the fun begins

Well the balls are over and now Barack has to get to work. I know after all that partying last night they all were tired today. I thought Michelle looked nice but she really went conservative with her gown. I didn't expect flashy but I was looking for a vibrant color from her. I think she disappointed a lot of people but they all say she did look elegant and so did he.

Daynon sent me this picture of his wife Lynette, Stevie and Jonathan that he took at the Inaugural Services. They look like they are dressed for the frozen tundra in Alaska.

My day was pretty uneventful. I had my evaluation visit at Curves today. I go back tomorrow to learn the circuits and work out. I have a two weeks free pass and that is all I will be doing. Don't know who I will check out after that.

Worked on transferring some of my tapes to DVD. Stevie left DC today and stopped by to see us for a few minutes before he headed home to get ready for work. I am sure he will sleep good tonight.

Didn't go to church or Dad's tonight. My sinuses have been kicking me today so I decided to stay out of the cold. Speaking of cold, my neighbor across the street came over and she told us the pipe in her ceiling froze and then burst. Her kitchen, living room and utility room ceilings fell in. Basically they have a mess over there. Since she has to remodel and since we have the same house, she wanted to see how our room looks now since we took our wall between the kitchen and the living room down in 2005.

If any of you are LOST fans, I hope you didn't miss the one hour review show and two hour premiere. That show gets weirder and weirder but I have invested too much time into the show now to give it up.

Also, caught American Idol. I love the human drama stories behind some of the contestants. Tonight is was the little black girl whose mom said they sometimes lived on the streets. She could really sing. I hope she goes far.
Hope you had a wonderful day. See Ya!
