Today was my Dad's 81st birthday. God has been real good to him. He has been thru so much medically in the past that an ordinary person would have succumb to it. But the prayers of those that love him and his faith has brought him thru and I thank God for that.
Went to Domonion Chevrolet at 8:30am today. Still having problems with my speedometer. They are going to have to order a new one. Had some lights out on my radio and they told me they could not replace the bulbs but would have to order a new radio. Sounds crazy to me, but it's under warranty.
Called HCA to see if I would be starting my new job next week and they are still giving me a song and a dance. I think I am going to have to start looking for another job. I can not wait around for them forever. This is ridiculous. Never heard of anyone offering you a job and then keep putting your start date off. I am not a happy camper.
Went over to Dad's to give him his gift and hung out with him earlier today and watched the Westerns. Came back home to make a cake for the birthday dinner I am having for Dad and Jason. Jason's birthday is Jan.3rd.
Went back to Dad's later this evening and played dominoes with Dad, Steve and Babysis. Steve won.
Think I will go to be now...night,night.
