This morning was fogging, rainy, and miserable but I did not let that be an excuse for not getting up today and going back to the exercise class. They were glad to see me back. They some people don't come back after the first class. I enjoy the class a lot. We do aerobic type exercises and lift weights. I'm not even sore. In fact, I checked the scales and I'm back on track.
Talked to Marcia (Jason's Mom) today in Germany. She was doing Ok just tired.
Ran some errands and then stopped in to see Dad.
I finished transferring all my camcorder tapes today and then started on my VHS tapes. My next camcorder is going to be one that records onto a DVD.
Watched American Idol and Lost. Think I'm going to bed early tonight. I am tired. Didn't go to bible study tonight because I was tired. I guess they worked me harder than I thought. Good night
