Let It Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow

We finally got a snow storm. I was beginning to think we would never have a real snow in Virginia again. Winter is not winter without one good snow storm. Steve and I woke up early this morning. I got up around seven or so. I could not believe it was still snowing. We had to slide the snow back to get the front door open. When Jason woke up, he immediately wanted to go outside, so I bundled him up good and sent him out. Check out the pictures. If you click on the pictures, they will enlarge. No exercise class today.

While they were outside I started on dinner. I roasted a chicken, cooked collard greens and corn pudding. I made a real Sunday dinner today, since I didn't cook yesterday. Jason and Steve move the car in and out the drive way, then Steve took Jason for a ride so they could make the car slide in the snow. It's a guy thing...LOL.

We went out to the ATM and stopped in Dad's to see how he was doing and make tracks in his driveway. We also went over to shovel his driveway, but his hard head had already been out there and shoveled the side walk and portions of the driveway. I don't know what I am going to do with that man.

We came home and had dinner and I read some of the Sunday newspaper after I cleaned the kitchen up. Got Jason's bath ready and then Daddy called about a show with magicians. Watched that until Heroes came on. Jason and I watched that. He was glad school was cancelled for tomorrow so he could watch it with me.

Now for the weight update. I fell off the wagon y'all. That visit to Golden Corral and the garlic bread and cake I ate for Linda's birthday in. It is funny becuase I feel I not only let myself down but I let you down. Tomorrow is a new day to start over. I gained 1.6 pounds so my weight is 226.
