April 22nd and April 23rd

April 22nd-
Exercise day today. Worked on Avon orders when I got home and sort the bills and coupons. Went to the Post Office and then went over Dad's. Watched TV over there with him. We left there and stopped at Little Caesar's and picked up a pizza. Took our showers and got dressed. I had to stop at Viola Coleman's to pick up a DVD from her. She wanted a copy to be made of her grandaughter's Miss Black VA USA pageant. By the way, she is Miss Black Virginia. We left there to go to the wake for Steve Smith. He was of one of my friend's and ex-co worker's son. They use to live across the street from us. I had know Steve since he was a little boy. He had the curliest blond hair and bluest eyes. He had the smile of a charmer. He was found dead on last Sunday. He was 35 years old. They say it is very hard to lose a child. I lost a baby who only lived a day and that was devastating to me. We left the wake and came back to Dad's because I left my IPOD there. We stayed until our usual time around nine and then came home. I watched LOST when I got home, but it was a recap. They kill me with these recaps all the time. But it's funny, sometimes you pick things the second time around because of things you now know. If you didn't watch LOST from the beginning, don't even try to get into it. I am lost and I watch it all the time...LOL. Went to be after the news.

April 23rd
Stayed in be until about 8 and then got up and cut out some more coupons I hadn't cut out. Steve came home and I heard him starting the push mower. I jumped up, made the bed and changed my clothes and hurried outside so I could cut the grass on the riding lawn mower. It is sad, but riding the lawn mower is the highlight of my week..LOL. I cut the whole yard while Steve did the trim work. After cutting the grass, I worked on a park bench Steve and I got from someone's house during Henrico County's clean up behind Laurel Park (we check all the clean up neighborhoods out. We find good stuff) The bench needed new wood. I bought the wood and Daddy cut it last week. So today, I sanded the metal and painted it and then stained the boards. I will post a picture when I finish. Went up to the house and cooked breakfast for Steve and I around eleven or so and then went back outside. I put polyurethane on the boards after I stained them and I have to finish the other side tomorrow. Fooled around with the bench until two or so. I was tired by then, so I went in and took a shower and then we went on our daily errand, to the Post Office. We stopped in at Dad's, he was on the porch. He was about to go around to one of his neighors house to put a belt on a lawn mower, so Steve went with him and I went in the house and watched HGTV. I talked to Marcia and Babysis while I was there. Steve and Daddy got back around five. We went home and I fixed dinner and worked on the DVD cover for the DVD I am copying for Viola Coleman. Left home about 7:10 and went to choir rehearsal.

Go Sierra!!! They thought they had her last night but the target was bigger on Tyson's back than hers. Boy if Coach didn't have a dumb look on his face. It is on now. What really pissed me off in the previews is that Coach and his "Team Warriors" were trying to persuade her to team with them and they were the very ones trying to get rid of her. I hope she has sense enough not to fall for their lies.

Popped some microwave popcorn and got comfortable to watch: Harper's Island
Lot of crazy stuff going on that show. Set ups, adultery, kidnaps, pranks, but only one murder last night. I guess they can't have mulitple murders every week, no one would be left by July. Don't know how the money and gun is going to impact Hunter..we will see. And Kelly had ink in her eyes...how bizarre. Hit the sack after the first fiftenn minutes of the news.
