I keep in touch with my former co-workers at Dometic and things are not good for the corporation. There was a news release that the banks were forcing them to sell the company. Don't know if that is true or not. One of the plants in Mexico caught fire, so now their production is being done here in VA so some of the production workers were brought back. That was good news to here.
While updating my blog, Daynon called and asked about meeting him for lunch at 12:30.
I told him we would so I decided to get my house cleaned before I left. But somehow that never happened. I was not into the domestic thing today. So I goofed around making the video and on the computer then it was time to go meet Daynon. We left around 12 and stopped in at Dad's to let him know where we were heading. He has a phone in the tool shed but never hears it and he was outside piddling with the Mustang when we got there. Daynon pulled in the parking lot the same time we did. We ate at Ukrop's. I had seen some games at Wal-mart that he wanted for his WII system and he told me to buy them and he would pay me for them. After lunch, Steve and I went to the bank and then we rode to Ashland to the Goodwill store. They didn't have anything I was looking for and then we went home.
I was sleepy by then. So my plan was to take a nap when I got home, but I decided to go out to the tool shed and put my bench together. How do you like it?

I should have done a before and after picture. It was rusty and the boards were old and cracked. Stevie called while I was outside admiring my bench. He tells me that people had been making comments on his FaceBook page because they thought the Steve Smith that went to Hermitage and died was him. He got comments from folks telling him they were so glad it was not him.
After we got the bench together, I had to go to Kmart to return some blank DVD's I bought. They were the wrong version. And they had 60 sheets of Photo Paper reduced to $3.74. I bought a pack the other day but decided with a deal like that I would buy two more. You be lucky if you can get a pack of 25 for less than $5.00 even at Wal-Mart. Steve then rode around the neighborhood of Moody Middle School because they are having a clean up tomorrow. He was looking to see if he saw anything worth stopping to pick up. He did grab some golf clubs he will probably sell at our next yard sale. We rode over Dad's. He had just taken his bath and said he was hungry and wanted a sandwich from Stuffy's. So we all got Philly Steak and cheese sandwiches. (That is why I can't lose weight). We ate the sandwiches at Dad's and all three of us was nodding in and out. We left Dad's at 9:00 and then came home. I went and formatted and finalized the DVD for Mrs. Coleman. I am thinking about doing my house work tonight. Tomorrow is going to be too pretty to be inside.
