It's Sunday

Is it just me or are the weeks rolling by. Looks like it was just Sunday and now it is Sunday again. I got up and went to church today. Because of construction at our church, parking is a nightmare. I was fortunate that I found a spot up front and did not have to park in East Egypt. Pastor has been preaching about transformation all this month. He preached about how Jesus provided food for the 5000 people in the desert with two fish and five loaves of bread. The disciples witness this mircale and then turned around and doubted the power of Jesus when they were on the ship and the storms came. Basiclly we are like that. When God takes care of one thing for us and provides miracles, we doubt him when something else comes along like we think he can not handle that problem.

After service, I went to Wal-Mart and made a few groceries. Came home and roasted a chicken, made some corn pudding and just opened cans of green peas. I napped and played Scrabble on my Ipod while dinner was cooking. I have become obsessed with Scrabble. The computer beats me majority of the time. Talked to Jason after dinner, he went to his Dad's this weekend. Talked to Marci and wished her a happy 60th birthday. We then changed clothes and went to Alltel to get them to transfer my contacts from my old phone to my new phone. They closed the store that we usually go to in front of Sam's Club on Broad Street and they are now in a store across from Short Pump Mall. They did it in a matter of minutes and we were on our way.

We went over Dad's and watched TV and napped until Extreme Home Makeover went off. We came home and watched Despearate Housewives and then Celebrity Apprentice. Let me just say, please fire Joan Rivers. The woman plucks my last nerve. She stays on Annie case saying she is two faced. The woman is there to play a game, not to make friends. Joan is the two faced one, she loves you today and talks about you like a dog the next and then the following day she is peaches and cream with you. She is psycho or either has a touch of alzheimers. And Clint Black is a typical spoil celebrity. Can you imagine what he is like on the road. I think he is probably a nice guy, but he has the personality of a real spoiled brat. I am sorry Natalie went, I thought sure her idea to get Annie's team would work. And poor country bumkin Herchel, why was he the project manager when he is a vegetarian and could not even eat the food he was promoting. Did he not think, since he is a vegetarian to push something that a vegan would want...you would think. Oh well, the previews show that something is going to go down next week. Can't wait. Good night.

  1. Yeah something is seriously wrong with Joan Rivers. I mean she is all over the place and she doesn't like Annie because Annie didn't attack Brandie and you compare Anne to Hitler..... gimme a break... she is outrageous and she makes herself look crazier and crazier and Melissa Rivers is just as bad. Who team is Melissa on and I am sooooooooooo glad Piers was there to call her out and Joan.... I wish he was always there cause he will tell it like it is.
