Since I have been working, it has been hard to find time to sit down at the computer and blog. When I get home, we eat dinner and then I try to catch up on the Young and the Restless and then we go and visit daddy. When we get home I usually catch up on any prime time show I have taped. And the last thing I want to do is get on this slow computer.
Work has been going fine. I guess I know what I am doing. We had Homecoming at church last Sunday but because we have no kitchen, we had no dinner this year. Revival started on Monday and I went Monday and Wednesday night. Last night was the last night of revival. Rev Hayes from Abner preached. I love to hear him preach. He keeps it real.
Daynon and I met for lunch at Lee's on Tuesday. I was heading there and so was he when I called him. Love their chicken strips. I can't make a habit of going there.
I guess you all heard about the shooting at VA Randolph. My uncle lives next to the school. My Dad and Steve were at his house the day the shooting happened. All the TV stations had their trucks in Uncle Doc's yard Steve said.
Nothing else been going on. Went to yard sales last Saturday. Bought me a heater to take to work. They keep it cold there. Steve and Daddy went to church Sunday. Was good to see family in the audience.
Going to the baby shower for Lynette on Sunday. Time is getting closer. Only a few more weeks.
