Sorry. With Jason here, I was occupied last night and forgot to update my blog.
Well let see if I can remember what went on yesterday. Got up at the crack of dawn and got Steve's gifts I was hiding in the truck. I bought a big box from Walmart because I had an assortment of things I got him, but the box was much bigger than I expected. Now I have to go and buy some more things to fill it up. I stuck the box in the attic, don't tell him now...LOL. He doesn't read the blog, so I don't have to worry. After that, I sewed some buttons on a coat and shirt. Then I got back in bed and watched National Treasure II. Steve loves that movie and anything that Nicholas Cage is in.
I finally got up and straightened up around her and then showered and changed to go me my former co-workers at Texas Roadhouse. A nice crowd came for the luncheon. There was a gift bag on the tables for all and we played charades for prizes. Everyone seemed to have a nice time.
Picked up Jason on Friday when he got home from school. He will be shuttling back and forth between us and his grandparents during the holiday break. We came home and watched Get Smart, the new one. Went to Stuffy's for subs and then to Daddy's and watched "Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader" and "Don't forget the Lyrics" and then we came home. We watched "The New Christine" and a few "Family Matters". Before I knew it, the time was 12:45.
And that was the end of the day.
