I did my first work out at Curves today. It wasn't bad at all. I like the moving from station to station and not having to stay in one spot for long. The work out is only thirty minutes long. Your first six visits you have a personal trainer and then you are your own. I am going back tomorrow. If I had a job, I would join. Until then, I will just enjoy my two free weeks. Also, there was a lady that goes to my church and she told me about a free exercise program at St. Peter's Baptist Church everyday, so I might check that out tomorrow also. I need that boost in my weight loss regimen. Hope I don't hurt myself.

Was on the Internet looking for a job today. The pickings are definitely slim. Applied for two jobs I saw with Henrico County. Y'all pray for me that G0d sends me a job soon.
Went by Dad's for a little bit today and then came home to fix dinner. Had choir rehearsal tonight. We have learned some really nice songs this month. Get to try some of them out on Sunday.
Talked to Jason today. He is coming over tomorrow and stay the weekend. Talked to Daynon this morning. Haven't heard from Stevie today.
Be Blessed!
So why are you stopping if it's free?
ReplyDeleteAfter my second work out at Curves, I found that what I did like at first, I didn't like later. The up and down on the equipment was worked you out more than the thirty seconds you stayed on the machines. I decided not to finish the two weeks there and just start the free exercise program at St. Peter's which I like.
