Oh the weather outside is frightful

Hope you had your woolie boolies on today, because the hawk was biting. The temperature is suppose to be close to single digits tonight. We talk about how cold it is and we only have to go from house to car to wherever for a few moments. Can you imagine the homeless who live outside in this temperature. I can't even imagine. I hope they all make it to a shelter some where tonight.

I met up with a few co-workers from Dometic today for lunch. The group consisted of my ex-partner in crime Maryann, Tonia, Harriet, Thelma, and Samantha. By the way girls, if any of you are reading this, doesn't that comma look out of place? It does to me. We went to Outback today. I love their bread and their bacon cheese fries. But guess what? I ate none of those things. I was a good girl today and ate a chicken caesar salad and unsweet tea. It actually was good and I enjoyed my food and the company. I miss my work family.

Stopped at Walgreen's after lunch. Needed to buy some fish oil pills. Then I went to Ukrop's and brought some tangelos and apples. I have been on a fruit kick here lately which is good. Steve went with my Dad to see my Uncle Windor and Aunt Beaulah. They were doing good they said. I picked Steve up from Dad's house. We watched....what else...a western...Bonanza.

Came home and checked my email and searched online for jobs. Applied for a job at VCU. I am sure I won't get it. I think Daynon has put me on a black ball list there....just kidding Daynon...not.

Went over Dad's around 7:30pm and watched Howie Do It. I like that show. It is reminiscent of the old Candid Camera show. Watched Monk, I love Monk. I forget to watch it on Fridays for some reason. I usually catch the repeats on Saturday afternoons.

Talked to Steve,Jr. He made it safely to DC and Jonathan was there also. He said things were pretty cool up today. I am sure the flood gates will start opening tomorrow. Please pray for their safety and all the people who are traveling and will be attending the services there.

You guys make sure you stay warm out tomorrow. It is going to be a cold one. They say there is a chance for snow on Sunday. I got my fingers crossed. I want to see at least one snow this winter. If it has to be cold, we should at least get some pretty to look at.

LOVE! PEACE AND SOOOOUL!
